As the name goes this is an amazing product and can be considered as miracle coming true. I used to see the ads of some products which claim they can get rid of 2.30 PM sickness where people tend to feel like having a nap which of course come with some side effects. This product is truly a miracle which has only positive effects with no side effects and it is organic too.
Initially I started having this as a body cleansing agent as I have personally seen changes in many of my colleagues after they started using it, they had remarkable improvements in controlling their blood pressure and a special glow on their face bringing in some kind of youthfulness.
(1) First of all , this wheat grass has abundant alkaline minerals which restores alkalinity to the blood that helps reducing the acidity in the blood. As many of us know improper blood oxygen levels can only lead to oxygen poor, acidic environment resulting in poor circulation. I personally experienced this as even a glass of Orange juice used to give me a heart burn now having a scoop of this with fruit juice or with water in the morning as soon as you wake up is so refreshing that you can actually feel it.
(2) This does a tremendous job in obtaining sound and calm sleep and works as a terrific sleeping aide. Felt there is no need to depend on pills or alcohol to gain good sleep.
(3) This can be used for external purposes too , this helped smoothening sunburns and had instant soothing effects for insect and red ant bites.
(4) Good breath that people started complimenting. Of course, brushing, mouth wash and flossing are still required. It is not a replacement to that.
(6) Personally had a great relief from joint/knee pains. Prior to using this I can hear a loud ticking sound when I fold and stretch my legs , may be due to loss of lubrication , now no more issues. It may not be exactly because of this. I would take it and give credit to Wheat Grass as this was the only addition to my diet since then.
(7) this has certainly doubled my metabolism, strengthened my immune system and stamina. Scoop of this with a glass of water + 1/2 a banana will keep me running with no stress. Am training for a ½ marathon now.
(8) Last but not the least , Believe me this will also restore your stamina with no need of any supplements to keep you active on the bed ;)
We all have to understand that we can only get the health benefits of fruits/vegetables , grass in this case when they are uncooked/natural or close to natural. I have read reviews complaining about taste and smell. I would request "Amazing Grass" to spare this as natural as they can and not to favor it so the people buy it losing the real value. I do not want sugar coated. First time even wine and liquor taste horrible and smell , when people can get addicted to that and enjoy why not to this that is good for health ? ;)
I would highly recommend this product to anyone who want to see health benefits and can accept the original taste and smell .
