Subject: Re: Insulin and Its Metabolic Effects


This article was wonderful. It helped me understand a lot. I'm writing some
family and friends and sending them a copy of the article, and thought I'd
post the letter of my own that I added to it, for anyone here who'd like to
read it:

This article helped me to understand some very important things that I was a
little confused about, that had happened to me in the past when I went on a
low carbohydrate diet. I had MAJOR health improvements when I ate that way,
lost weight, etc, then stopped eating that way. Then I used Hulda Clark's
advise and did the liver cleanse, took parasite killing herbs (including
Olive Leaf Extract cause it's so good at killing Candida yeast), and I had
major health improvements and lost weight. I used Richard Schulze's advise
also (actually herbalist John Christopher, whom Richard studied after) and
saw health improvements. I'm learning how all these different things 'work
together' to make us healthy or sick. It's making more and more sense to me,
and this article clarified a lot of it. I've known for a long time about the
hyperinsulinism thing, but not how extensively it affects our health (not
just diabetes, but also heart disease, cancer, high cholesterol, etc.) The
man who specializes in the low carbohydrate diet (William Crook) treats his
cardiac patients with it, lowers cholesterol with it, etc, and now I have a
much better understanding of why he is so successful with all these other
diseases when he mainly concentrates on his patients eating lower
carbohydrate diets.

When I followed Crook's advise, my elevated blood pressure came down,
headaches stopped, pain in arms and legs stopped, water retention stopped, I
lost weight, but still felt tired all the time (I hadn't learned about
killing an overgrowth of yeast for chornic fatigue until recently). Then
recently when I followed Hulda Clark's and Richard Schulze's advise and did
the yeast killing thing and body cleansings, my once again high blood
pressure came down, returned headaches stopped, returned pain in arms and
legs stopped, returned water retention stopped, I lost weight, a rather new
problem of severe dizziness stopped, and this time I also stopped feeling
tired, except when I eat sugar. Every time I eat a lot of sugar or flour
products (carbs) my headaches come back, and the dizziness begins to come
back, mildly, and my blood pressure rises. It has happened over and over,
and just today after reading this article I now understand why. And although
I don't like these symptoms, they are teaching me and confirming for me that
the stuff I've been reading and sending e-mails out to my friends on, is
true. Good health CAN be obtained without a bunch of surgeries and drugs.

The key is understanding the CAUSE of our health problems, and treating the
cause and not just treating the symptoms. For those who read this who are
nurses or doctors, do you ever notice how many patients who come in for
bypass surgery, knee replacements, back surgeries, cancer treatment, heart
problems, diabetes, etc, come back later with the same problem or worse
problems? I've noticed this a lot. The chemo and radiation doesn't permantly
cure the cancer- it usually comes back, if it even goes at all. The knee
surgeries don't make the person feel like they have a new knee- they have
lots of problems and a big scar. A few patients that came back after their
surgery told me they would not have done it if they'd known it would turn
out this way. They were not satisfied. A lady in her early 50's, young and
lean, looked healthy, who had bypass surgery only a couple of years earlier,
was back with her arteries all clogged up again and getting ready to have
another bypass surgery. Nurses I work with who had their gallbladders
removed now have irritable bowel syndrome. The diabetics keep getting worse,
and then their leg rots and they cut it off, and later they come back with
kidney failure and are on dialysis, and then their other leg rots and it
gets cut off, and then they go blind. The diabetics that go home and eat
right control their blood sugar with diet, but when they come back to the
hospital for some reason, their blood sugars go high again (because the
hospital feeds them high carb diets).

I see this stuff day after day after day, so please don't get mad at me when
I say the medical profession is making people sicker, and the natural health
ways (which we are successfully using at home) are making people well. This
is God's gift to us, and we are ignoring Him and His ways and killing
ourselves, and then we go to the alter at church and get prayer for healing
and wonder why most walk away still sick. Well, if God healed them, they'd
just get sick again, because many of them don't know how to stay well.

(Their doctors and the media don't tell them the kind of stuff I've been
finding and sending you.) Or they think this natural stuff is too easy and
too good to be true, so they laugh at it and go out and eat more fast food
and junk food and don't cleanse their bodies and lifestyles. And some know
about this stuff, but just don't get off their butts and do it (like me when
I bought a bag of Oreo cookies three days in a row last week because it was
that time of the month and I let it control me- and I got a severe headache
and then an earache, and haven't been able to shake either so far- it was my
own fault- and I knew better---- everytime I eat a bunch of sugar I get
sick! STUPID!!!)

And as far as all of this tying in with Hulda Clark's discovery that
diseases are actually caused by parasites and pollutants combining in our
bodies and harming us, it makes sense too. Parasites feed off sugar (and
carbs turn into sugar when we eat them.) The more we give them, the more
they grow and spread. They also feed off our nutrients, leaving us with a
weakened immune system because we aren't getting the vitamins and minerals
we take in, because the parasites are getting much of them. Our immune
systems are weakened in the first place (which is why the parasites can take
over our bodies in the first place- because our bodies aren't strong enough
to kill them off), because of the way we eat (too much sugar and carbs- fast
foods and junk food (full of sugar and carbs and low in nutrients because of
the way they are processed), and microwaved food (is altered and becomes
carcinogenic and also harms our blood), soft drinks (are full of either
sugar or the poisonous artificial sugars, and full or carbonation- the high
acid content of carbonation and of sugar causes our bodies to leach calcium
out of our bones to neutralize it and we lose bone density and end up with
fractured hips, degenerative joint disease in our knees, mineral deposits in
our bones- heel spurs- deposits in our arteries- plaque which leads to heart
disease and high blood pressure- deposits in our kidneys- stones- and in our
gallbladder- gallstones, etc, etc. ) So we weaken our own immune systems by
eating too many carbs which turn into sugar and the sugar leaches calcium
from our bones, it feeds parasites that we have accumulated, they multiply
and get stronger by taking our nutrients, in turn our immune systems get
even weaker and cause more problems, in our weakness we hunger for nutrients
that we are not getting because we are not eating right and because the
parasites are eating what little we do get, and we eat more and get
overweight, and this whole mess works together to make us sicker and sicker
as we get older. And the sugar we take in causes our pancreases to produce
insulin to try and deal with it, but it's too much to deal with so our
pancreases wear out and may of us end up with diabetes and many other
problems that we never even associated with sugar or insulin. Our bodies are
filled up with parasites (bacteria, fungus, yeast, viruses, flukes, worms,
etc) and with toxins (metals, chemicals, etc) and can't rid them faster than
they come in, and they drain us.


Cancer feeds off of sugar too. The more sugar you eat, the more the tumor
grows. Perhaps because the parasites are growing from the sugar, so they in
turn release more toxins and these toxins cause the tumors to divide and
spread faster. It all works together. Hulda Clark and Richard Schulze cure
cancer by eliminating parasites and toxins and building the immune system.

Others cure it by eliminating sugar and building up the immune system. They
are all doing basically the same thing, just coming at it from a different
angle.

What we need to do to get healthy again is to build up our immune systems
(which is what Richard Schulze and Hulda Clark have been saying), and we do
this by stop eating sugar, don't eat the poison aspartame either, cut back
our carbohydrates to very low amount, when we do eat them we should eat
whole grains (but not very many) and vegetables (very many- we should juice
them so we get more of their nutrients per meal- we can't eat enough veges
to get enough nutrients out of them because our veges don't have anywhere
near as much nutrients in them as they used to- and since veges are
alkaline, they nutralize the acid in the acidic meats we eat so our body
doesn't have to leach out our calcium to neutralize them- this is why
Richard Schulze has built up terrible bone density in his patients in just 2
months by having them juice their veges several times a day and he also had
them not eat meat or dairy or sugar during this 2 months- they'd end up with
the bone density of a teenager in just 2 months). We don't need to eat a
high protein diet, but should eat some meats and they should be grass fed so
their omega 6 and 3 fatty acids are balanced and don't mess up our bodies,
and should eat animals that have not been injected with growth hormones or
antibiotics (called organic meat), and should limit dairy products to those
that are organic. Many say all dairy products are really bad for us, but
Hulda Clark says that milk is a good source of absorbable calcium in spite
of the fact that is has phosphates (high acid, high protein) in it, but
should be boiled before we drink it to kill salmonella and other things that
pasturization don't completely kill.

I was fighting an ear infection for several days, and noticed something very
interesting. I took a whole clove of garlic (cut in pieces) and not too long
afterwards noticed the ear stopped hurting, and stayed free of pain for a
few hours. Then I drank a glass of milk, and within 5 minutes it was
throbbing. Then I read in "The Cure for all Diseases" by Hulda Clark the
following: "When adults get earache, the Streps are hiding under tooth
fillings and in gallstones. Clean up these two sources and zap. Drinking non
sterile milk adds Salmonellas and Shigellas to the Strep ear infection!

Small wonder milk is thought to make people mucousy. The ears must now
battle them, too." I also noticed more pain after eating cheese. I don't
like the pain, but I love it when I see first handed how the things these
people teach are true. That is living proof for me.

To build our immune systems we also need to cleanse our bodies inside with
the gallstone cleanse, kidney cleanse, blood cleanse, and bowel cleanse, so
that our organs are functioning at their best, rather than are clogged up
with junk which prevents them from absorbing nutrients, and so they are
working well enough to flush out any toxins we have taken into our bodies.

We also need to try to stop taking in toxins. We need to wash our veges real
good to rid them of parasites from the ground they grew in and from the
birds and animals who pooped and peed on them, and of chemicals or
substances the came into contact with (such as asbestos from the assembly
line belts they rolled on, disinfectants from the containers they were
stored in, chemicals that were sprayed on them to protect them from bugs or
from rotting, etc. We need to be careful about our personal care products-
they are often loaded with toxins. We need to try to get the bleach and
metals out of our drinking water, and stop drinking bottled water because
they sterilize the bottles inside with chemicals and don't rinse them out
before they fill the bottles with water (or juice, or other bottled drinks).
You should read the book "The Cure for all Diseases" to learn how all this
works, how Hulda learned to locate this stuff and how to rid it from the
body.

We need to take in supplements of liquid plant derived vitamins and minerals
(they are absorbed quickly by our bodies and are not toxic because plants
have assimilated them first- like getting iron from spinach is safer than
taking iron pills or eating out of cast iron pans). It is this kind of
minerals that has made my daughter's hair look like spun gold, and glimmer
in the sun. Again I see first hand how this teaching is true. Her hair never
glowed like that from taking vitamin and mineral pills. It actually
literally looks like someone took pure gold and spun it into her hair. My
hair is permed and died and damaged from that, and it doesn't have that glow
to it until I spray it, but hers is natural.

We need to exercise.
